This site is a tribute to Lee. Lee was a true tankie. He served in the 2nd Royal Tank Regiment and absolutely loved his job. Lee had just turned 26 years old when he was killed whilst on patrol during a tour of Afghanistan.
Lee was always so positive, always smiling. He was fun loving, honest and caring. He never let things get him down or defeat him. He was well known for his cheeky and (slightly irritating) laugh. Whether Lee was changing nappies, commanding his tank, doing the food shop, leading his troop in Afghanistan or taking Kai to school, he was always happy, simply loving life.
Lee has left a huge hole in a lot of peoples hearts and is missed everyday by so many people. For myself, I lost my loving husband and best friend, my children, Kai and Brooke lost an outstanding dad who doted on them.
Anyone is welcome to pay tribute to Lee honour. You can share a memory, add photos, set up a fundraising event, share a story, light a candle or make a donation to Scotty's Little Soldiers - a charity that was set up in Lee's memory to help bereaved British Forces children, like his own, Kai and Brooke.
I hope the page will grow over the years and that it will be a very special page for Kai and Brooke to look at and treasure.
Help grow Scotty's Tribute by adding messages or memories you'd like to share.
